Today was a great day at the gym! With my goal of losing 15 lbs well in view. Some of you have been asking what's my secret to trimming down! Really there is no secret. Just having the right mix of diet, cardio, and weight training does the trick for me.
My top exercises when it comes to losing fat are: Spinning ( indoor cycling), Kickboxing , jump roping, and circuit training ( mix of cardio and weight training).
Here's why:
Spinning burns up to 700 calories in one , 1 hour session.
Kickboxing burns up to 700 calories in one, 1 hour session.
Jump Roping burns about 450 calories in 1, 30 min session.
Circuit Training burns about 600 calories in one, 1 hour sessions.
I alternate between all of these 4-5 times a week along with weight training and a good diet. Keep in mind the amount of calories you burn will vary based on your weight. However, with these exercises you are sure to burn a lot of calories versus , just walking on a treadmill everyday!
