Fat Loss - My Top Workouts That Gets the Fat Off !
Today was a great day at the gym! With my goal of losing 15 lbs well in view. Some of you have been asking what's my secret to trimming down! Really there is no secret. Just having the right mix of diet, cardio, and weight training does the trick for me.
My top exercises when it comes to losing fat are: Spinning ( indoor cycling), Kickboxing , jump roping, and circuit training ( mix of cardio and weight training).
Here's why:
Spinning burns up to 700 calories in one , 1 hour session.
Kickboxing burns up to 700 calories in one, 1 hour session.
Jump Roping burns about 450 calories in 1, 30 min session.
Circuit Training burns about 600 calories in one, 1 hour sessions.
I alternate between all of these 4-5 times a week along with weight training and a good diet. Keep in mind the amount of calories you burn will vary based on your weight. However, with these exercises you are sure to burn a lot of calories versus , just walking on a treadmill everyday!

If you think that you're just going to skip eating for the years to come, you are very mistaken. You will not get the proper nutrients you need to sustain life, therefore, to put it bluntly, using hoodia as a means to help you maintain fat loss could very well put you in the hospital with severe malnutrition. What you need is a diet that supplies all the nutrients you need, while still being affective with stomach fat loss. Then, you'll also need to make sure this diet is something you can work into your lifestyle so that your abs aren't going to be just covered up by more body fat again once you move off the diet. Exercise Tip - How many Crunches Should You Do?
Should I do Abdominal Exercises Everyday? Should I do Side Bends Every Day?
Answer:
The muscles of the stomach are like any other muscle in your body, they need a chance to rest and recover after a good abdominal workout. If you work your abs hard enough you will not be able to work them out the next day....they will be too sore!
Working out your abs two times per week is great and just enough to get the look you want. Remember to work your abs just as hard as you do any other muscle and you will see them tone up very nice.
If you are doing side bends, also do no more than 2 times per week. Ladies, use no weights or lite weights. You just want to tone and tighten this area not grow it!
Keep in mind everybody has abs. The question is can you see them? The real solution to great abs is a good diet and good workout program to burn off the top layer of fat and reveal the muscle underneath!
In conclusion, for great looking abs work them at least 2 times per week, eat healthy, and do cardio!

Fat Loss Tip - Have You Hit a Plateau? 5 Ways to Break Through it!
1.First thing you want to do is check your diet. If you recently changed your diet or added different foods to your diet check to make sure there are no hidden sugars, sodium or carbohydrates you don't know about. If you have found a food has some calories you didn't account for you will need to take that food out of your plan to resume losing weight.
2.Another way to break a plateau is to change your cardio routine. If you've been doing the treadmill every workout. Switch to the stepper for a new challenge. What this is telling you is, your body has gotten used to the treadmill and no longer responding.
3.Double up on cardio. Doing cardio in the morning, then in the evening can help also. Yes 2 sessions in one day! A few times a week is all you need , until you see a change in your weight.
4.Interval training is another great way to break a plateau. Jog 1 min, walk 2 min, sprint 15 seconds , then rest 1 min, then repeat , for example on the treadmill.
5.Change your diet. Try mixing high carb days and low carb days. For instance on Monday Wednesday and Friday make those lower carb days. On Tuesday and Thursday make those higher carb days. This will keep your body guessing and not getting used to the way you eat.
To break a plateau you simply need to change what your doing and give yourself a new challenge. If you feel you might have hit a plateau, try these tips to break threw. Never quit! your success is only limited by your efforts!

Weight Loss Tip - Prepare Meals Ahead of Time for Success!
The key to your success will be in making sure you go grocery shopping for your food and preparing it ahead of time. I like to do my cooking for the week on Sunday. I cook several pieces of chicken and fish, boil eggs, make tuna fish , steam brocolli ,make rice, bake a couple of yams, etc. This way everything is ready for grabing during the week.
Store all your food in plastic containers, you can freeze some food and store in fridge depending on how much you make and how long you think it will take you to eat all your food.
Have snacks ready in frige for grabing too! This way you're not tempted to run and get Mcdonalds because you don't have time to cook. Its already prepared and all you have to do is grab it out the fridge and pop it in the microwave.
